It is important to remember that divine healing is rooted in God’s finished work and His promises in Scripture. Healing is not only something we hope for. It is something God has already made available through Christ. The Bible says in Isaiah 53:5, “with his stripes we are healed.” This shows that healing was provided through the sacrifice of Jesus
God also reveals Himself as our healer. In Exodus 15:26, He declares, “I am the LORD that healeth thee.” This means healing is part of God’s nature and His covenant with His people. Throughout Scripture, we see Jesus healing the sick, restoring broken bodies, and demonstrating God’s compassion and power. Acts 10:38 tells us that Jesus “went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil
The Word of God carries healing power. Psalm 107:20 says, “He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.” As we pray these prayer points, we are standing on God’s Word, speaking life over our bodies, and rejecting every sickness, bondage, and negative report
The Bible also reminds us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19), and God is able to restore strength, renew health, and make all things new. As you pray, do so with faith, knowing that God still heals, restores, and performs miracles today
